• Description: Clockwise circuit. Follows Cwm Clydach walk, St Illtyd's Walk, over Mynydd y Garth, Mynydd Uchaf, Penlle'rfedwen, Cefn Gwrhyd, Pontardawe and Swansea Canala back to Clydach.
• Notes: Distance was 20 miles in Strider 56, the route was replotted on a 1:25K map from a marked up 1:50K map giving a distance of 21.4 miles with 2480 feet of ascent
